📬 What to Expect

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow along.

  • Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the carrier handles the rest.

  • If you picked standard shipping and qualified for free shipping, no shipping fee will appear at checkout. Otherwise, the fee will be calculated at checkout based on your region and shipping method.

🕐 Order’s Journey

  1. We process and pack orders as soon as payment is confirmed.

  2. You’ll get a confirmation email — check spam if you don’t spot it!

  3. Once your package ships, we send you a tracking link with estimated transit times.

  4. The courier delivers to your address. Delivery speed depends on your location and chosen method.

💡 A Few Things to Know

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility, depending on your country.

  • If there are delays beyond the courier’s control (e.g. customs, weather, remote-area delivery), the courier will contact you.

  • If your parcel returns to us (unclaimed or wrong/incomplete address), and you’d like us to resend — please note extra shipping/reshipping fees will apply (calculated based on the above rate table).
