💌 About Your Order

📦 When will my order be processed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email (sometimes it hides in spam—sneaky!).
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
During busy sale seasons, this may take 2–4 business days.

Once shipped, we’ll send you your tracking number so you can follow your happy mail 📬✨

🚚 When will I receive my order?
After dispatch, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
You’ll receive a tracking link to keep an eye on your package’s journey.

⏳ Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes or cancel your order within the first 5 minutes after checkout.
Because orders are packed quickly, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders after that window.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

🛍 Return & Exchange Policy
Because our items are already priced super competitively, we’re currently unable to offer free returns or exchanges.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return and exchange shipping fees must be covered by the customer.

For exchanges, shipping fees also apply to send the replacement item.
Fees are based on your region and shown on the Shipping Info page.

Notes:

  • Orders that include Free Labubus are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or lost parcels during return shipping


✈️ Shipping & Delivery

📍 Where do orders ship from and which couriers are used?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong SAR.

We ship using:

  • FedEx Express

  • Local couriers for standard shipping


⏱ How long does shipping take?
Delivery timing depends on destination and method chosen.
Please check our Shipping Page for delivery estimates.

Once shipped, timing is controlled by the courier.
For the fastest help, please contact your courier directly using your tracking number.


📦 What if my package is unclaimed and returned to you?
We can resend it — no problem!
However, customers are responsible for both the original shipping cost and reshipping fee.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a flat USD $6 per item will apply.

If you choose not to have the package resent, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund.


🏠 What if my address is incomplete?
Please double-check all details carefully during checkout — especially apartment, building, or unit numbers.

If a package cannot be delivered and returns to us due to missing address details, shipping fees will apply again (same as above).

If you need help updating an address (within 5 minutes of ordering), please email hello@tinycoutureclub.com.


😢 What if my package is lost?
Once the tracking status shows Delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact the courier directly for the fastest resolution:

  • Local postal service → for standard shipping

  • DHL Express or UPS → for express shipping


💰 Duties & Taxes
Orders ship from Hong Kong SAR.
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
